Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs) are old form powers of attorney pre-2007. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) were introduced on 1st October 2007 and after this date, it was not possible to create EPAs. 
A Will is an important document in someone’s life in order for them to distribute their assets and provide for their loved ones after they pass. So, it is important for us to consider the extent to which you can look after and provide for not only your loved ones, but also your pets when you die. 
Most trusts now need to be registered with the HMRC via their Trust Registration Service which is an online portal service as opposed to paper form registration.
