Funding Options:
Monthly Retainers - In which you pay a manageable monthly fee and in return we provide you with HR and Employment Law advice 7 days a week.
Ad Hoc Advice - You instruct us project by project and our fees are calculated on the basis of time spent to conduct the work.
Insurance Back Retainers - In which we provide you with all the advice included in option one, but with this option you also pay a one off Insurance Premium which means the Insurer picks up the bill in the unlikely event that you lose at Tribunal. This option also includes representation at Tribunal.
