Employment law is
becoming more and more complex especially with the ever increasing volume of
case law.
We are experienced in
drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, disciplinary rules and
grievance procedures.
Similarly for
potential employees we are available to cast an eye over proposed employment
documents and advise.
Where there is an
emerging dispute between employer and employee it is often useful to seek
advice at an early stage. We would then expect to be able to advise on the
merits and suggest procedures to follow.
Where the relationship
has broken down and litigation is called for either in the County Court or in
the Employment Tribunal we are able to act.
